Combat Sports:
Combat sports covers a whole host of disciplines including various forms of boxing and wrestling, judo, jujutsu, JKD, taekwondo, karate and mixed martial arts. The physical characteristics required by each discipline may vary, for example wrestling requires upper body strength, power and endurance where karate does not require all these traits.
In today’s competitive sporting environments, combat athletes need to maximise the time they spend performing physical conditioning in order to dedicate more time to honing their fighting skills. Additionally lots of combat sports have weight categories and as such consideration needs to be given to body composition and nutritional aspects. DNA Sports Performance has the right answers of you to excel in chosen discipline.
