Facilities:

Our services are flexible and dynamic, and as such can be delivered in a variety of environments, based on the athletes programming needs. Our North West hub site is the PowerRoom located in central Manchester. Additionally we oversee the Welsh Rugby Union performance centres across North Wales. We also have access a whole host of other performance training environments ranging from athletics tracks to human performance laboratories.
